They refuse to refund full amount of…
They refuse to refund full amount of monies paid. They will charge a few of $7 plus make you pay taxes BUT then not refund the taxes paid back for items received. They will claim to not charge $7 return fee after taking 30 days to deliver products, and then charge it anyway. Never order from these people, they are fraudulent.

Beware of this company. Ever since the pandemic, they have gone completely down hill. I'm not sure what the disconnect is amongst the company's website, stores, and warehouses, but the disconnect is very strong. I also find it very suspicious that there is NO information, anywhere, on where items are being shipped from. Typically, companies provide customers with information on where their items are coming from but there is nothing.
I say all of this to say, this is the 2nd or 3rd time that I have "successfully" placed an order via their website, and they've taken far longer than the advertised time to ship out the items. To add insult to injury, not only are they taking WEEKS to ship out things that have been ordered on the website, but by taking their sweet time to ship these order(s), items may subsequently sell out. So...customers may even get an email telling them that their clothing items have been cancelled due to no longer being available as a result of the company's unjustified, extended shipping times. This places needs to hang it up.

Delays but no notifications!
Have orders from them in the past. This particular time I ordered for a Miami trip and paid for expedited. Two of the 6 items came in time. No emails on shipping time or anything. Customer service says it’s open 24/7 on invoice but when you call it’s not. Anywho, called the Monday 8/1 only to be told about delays. I spent $350 dollars expecting to have things on time. Why isn’t there a message on the site about potential delays?! Now I have to spend money on outfits last minute and hope to the other items come by 8/3.will be refunding the two items that came on time because they’re ugly. Definitely my last time ordering from them ever.

Customer service department is…
Customer service department is horrible. I’ve been waiting on a refund for returns I sent back over 2 weeks ago. Went to Mexico, came back and still no refund. Called customer service but they are no help. Hard to understand anyone because their English wasn’t clear and concise.

Just don't buy from them!
I purchased numerous items on 4/18. I paid for expedited shipping and did not recieve my items during the promised time. I called to follow up on where the items were on 4/23 and was told you were experiencing delays and that the expedited shipping would be refunded back to me as well as the return shipping fee. My package finally arrived 5/3 but it did not have a return shipping label or invoice within. I called back on 5/20 TWICE and was told the expidited shipping fee was returned to my gift card and the return label would be sent to my email within 24-48 hours with the return label fee waived. I was also told at that time I wouldn't need an invoice contrary to the return policy on the website. Today is 5/27 and I am calling back (so far ive been on hold 30mins) because I still have not recieved the return label within my email. It is not in my inbox or spam. I feel this is an strategic effort on the companys side to get me to miss the return window by first, purposefully leaving the return label and invoice out of the box and second, not sending the return label as promised via email after my second follow up call. I also feel as though my 4th call is being screened to keep me on hold longer than normal. I do not understand how a company who sends me MULTIPLE promotional emails a day cannot send a return label to the same email within the promised amount of time.
After 40mins on the hold I was told the reason I did not recieve a return label was because "it didn't get processed" when I called on 5/20.

First order and last order!!
First order and last order!!! Do not order from this site. I ordered an outfit for an event and these items were poor in quality (torn). Spoke with a rep, who was not willing to work with me after I explained that I needed the outfit for an event! I wouldn’t give it one star however I had to in order to post. Very disappointed ☹️ !!!

BEWARE: YOU ONLY GET 45 DAYS FROM *the order date* to return.
I love ordering from their mama site, NY&Co! No issues, fast shipping, neat clothes, easy returns and great customer service. Soooo I chanced an order for a VERY glamorous evening jumpsuit for an upcoming wedding. I double checked the size guide and ordered accordingly. I was super excited to receive it. Now I will say that the jumpsuit itself was lined, a pretty soft pink and appeared-at some point-to be made very well. Problem was, the tassels and sequins were falling off as I took it out the plastic bag it was stuffed in :( Secondly, this thing must have been designed for a 6'5 woman with the longest torso and giraffe legs known to man. So I send it back and let them know its defective.
Its literally been sitting on their dock since 2/22. I contacted customer service today and they said it take 7 to 10 business days from the date received and another 7-10 days for a credit to be issued. So guys, like. a. month. 😶 This isnt walmart or amazon with thousands of returns every day. Its a plus size online retailer!!!
The customer service reps WERE very informative and professional but obviously following a script. But for me, the quality just wasnt what I was expecting for a $200.00+ formal jumpsuit stuffed in a plastic bag, stuffed inside yet a bigger plastic bag. And I doubt I will ever order from them again in life. Why? Because you can find some very nice, affordable to high end plus clothing at boohoo, F21, old navy, amazon and for dresses Kiyonna or CityChic. And they are happy for your business and operate as such.
I am so over retailers acting like they are doing curvy women a favor by having a store. I cannot recommend them-at all. Holding your return hostage for a month??? No way. Spend your coins elsewhere ladies!
I made a purchase. Once the order was placed I saw that the system only put part of the shipping address. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that the order was already in process that nothing can be done. I responded with that wasn't my error but a system error their response was no it wasn't a system error and that I should contact the post office. Not only were they not helpful but to put blame on a customer is very unprofessional.
I had a pretty expensive order, and I ordered before I read any reviews. After reading them I was worried, and because I couldn't track my order I thought I had been scammed like I was with Curvy Ladies and Bloom Chic- definitely don't order from them! But my order from FTF came on time, we're just like pictured, excellent quality and fit perfectly! And I've received compliments on the jeans and coat I've worn! I can't wait to wear the two sweaters I purchased! Overall my experience has been a pleasant one with this company. I will order from them again, and will pray when I do it!
Don’t send them any returns…
I return stuff in the beginning of June and it is not the middle of August and I have yet to give me any of my money back despite receiving the packages in early June. I’ve called him and promised a refund at least six times and nothing has come back I will never buy anything from here again they are horrible please don’t do it you will never see your money again
